***dip & spread is an event put on by members of the finer things club every tuesday at noon at my place of employment. each member is responsible for bringing a dip or spread (although we do include non-spreadable cheeses), and a dip delivery device (flatbread is always a big hit). the dip & spread credo is simple, yet all-encompassing: collaboration, haphazardry, serendipity. these are images from the first dip & spread of 2000ate.***curried lentils & naan bread
