i don't know why, but the meringue wasn't as crunchy on the outside as other ones that i've made-- i don't know if that was me or the recipe.
either way, the addition of raspberry sauce is wonderful!
Oh god, it's an Ina Garten recipe! I'm most definitely going to attempt to make this soon. I say attempt only because my oven is really old and uncooperative at the best of times and I haven't tried to make meringue in it yet. We'll see how it goes!
