volunteer shift @ let's cook

blue cheese croutons (intended to be a part of a mixed green & apple salad with prosciutto & cider vinaigrette)
grilled swordfish in tomato caper artichoke sauce & roasted green beans with hazelnuts & shallots
roasted fresh herb potato gnocchi
pound cake, raspberries, whipped cream (intended to be a part of a poached pear & raspberry trifle)
